Reg brings a
unique set of qualifications to life/work coaching. Extensive experience
in adult education underpins his distinctive approach to coaching.
Completion of the 92-hour "Professional Coaching Course,"
conducted by The Coaches Training Institute, provided him with a
solid framework of concepts, methods and skills together with membership
in a burgeoning community of coaches. Earlier training as a counsellor
at the Toronto Institute for Human Relations equipped Reg with basic
knowledge of psychotherapy and augmented his interviewing, diagnostic
and relational capabilities. Integrity, active listening, respectful
communication, insight and intuition, acceptance, empathy and humour
characterize his interaction with clients and co-learners.
Reg is a member
of the International Coach Federation (ICF), its Toronto Chapter
and the GTA Co-Active Coaching Community, and Peer
Resources, a rich source of information on coaching and mentoring.
His coaching practice conforms to the ICF's ethical
