Reg Lang works with individuals, groups, organizations and communities to help them discover their intent, shape their desired futures, meet challenges, and fulfil their potential.

To these endeavours Reg brings a mix of education and experience. He holds a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, a Master of Science in community planning, and Doctor of Education with a developing-human-resources focus. A native of Saskatchewan and for many years a resident of Ontario, Reg has worked in most parts of Canada at all three levels of government, at one of Canada's largest universities, and with various not-for-profit organizations and community groups.

Over the years Reg has made several career shifts. Professional engineer. Professional planner. University professor and administrator, alongside consultant/researcher. And more recently, writer and coach. Transition, personal development and lifelong learning continue to be enduring themes in his life journey.
